Such sad news to report...
I've known about this Christmas Day but didn't want to believe it was true. But, sadly it is true. One of our CCAYR design team members BEVERLEY TODD has passed away.
Here's an excerpt from the email I received:"Beverley Todd was certified brain dead earlier today. ...she was taken into hospital yesterday Dec 23rd with a suspected bleed in the brain. Her family have all been able to say their farewells and have given permission for the doctors to take what ever they can for transplant. Something that they are sure she would have wanted."
She also went on to say that "I can tell you that Beverley was so very excited at being selected for your next design team and was definitely looking forward to the year ahead."
Please keep her family and loved one in your thoughts and prayers. She will surely be missed by a lot of scrappers all over the world. She has touched many lives with her kindness and giving heart.

Such sad news. A reminder for those she left behind to make the most of our days that we are given.
I'm praying for her family to be comforted in this hard time.
that is such sad news, my thoughts are with her family x
This is so very sad.... i will be praying for her family.
My thoughts and prayers go out to the family. This is terribly sad.
How horrible! I had just looked at her blog recently when she was announced as one of the new design team members. Her profile says she is the mom of 4 boys and the youngest is 4 years old. This is so sad. I will keep her family in my prayers. It's a sad, sad day.

It's so sad, Beverley was one of my first blog pals when I started last fall. She and I followed each other's blogs and she was a big fan of the products where I work. I left a condolence comment for her family on her last post on her blog. She was talented and supportive and she will indeed be missed!! Thanks to CCAYR for being the brave bearer of such sad news, I appreciate the info very much.
This is truly sad news. Her family will definately be in my prayers.
I think we take too many things for granted.
Enjoy the simple things in life!!!!
Rest in peace Beverley
