Well, this month's challenge was certainly a challenge for some of us who are used to creating multi-layered cards!!! Oh boy!!! But we did it and we did an awesome job, I think!!!
The challenge this month is to create a ONE LAYER card using only brads, buttons, lace or ribbon as embellishments.
EDITED TO ADD:I forgot to add that I allowed the DT
to use one layer of patterned paper on TOP
of their cardstock base, if they wanted to.
You can do this as well, if it makes things easier :O)

WOW, WOW, WOW, that's AMAZING WORK girls! The tone-on-tone cards are my personal faves, (I did one sorta like that) the kitty tangled in the lights is a HOOT[ROFLMBO], and WOW, the beautiful STAMPING ya'll did! I am new to stamping so this is awesome for me to see & learn from.

ReplyDeleteBoy, this is gonna be a hard one, as evidenced by the number of DT cards that decidedly used more than ONE layer, lol! It's going to take quite a bit of thought on my part to create 5 cards; I think they'll all be the same this month!

I have to say that for me only using ONE layer was near impossible. Most of my cards are lumpy and bumpy.
